Through life experience you will find that leveling up is about personal growth and self-improvement; these two things are essential for living a fulfilling life. Let’s go a little deeper… When thinking about leveling up there are several factors you have to take into account and understand so that you can unlock the abilities that will help you understand why it is important to level up by fully amplifying your life. PERSONAL GROWTH: When you truly understand what this factor means, it will help you develop more advanced skills and gain more knowledge in various areas such as your career, relationships, and hobbies that interest you. This skill is so important to understand and have because it not only boosts your confidence and self-esteem but it also opens up new opportunities and career paths for you. SUPPORT SYSTEM: When thinking about this factor, think about your network. On your journey to growth when you have this you will be able to build a strong foundation of people that support you. You’ll find that as you gain more experience and knowledge, people will become more capable of coming to you for help and/or support which will foster stronger relationships and community awareness. STABILITY: This factor is important because in order to achieve your goals you need to have a stable foundation. This could be physical or financial stability that aids in your ability to level up. For example, as you acquire more wealth your earning potential will increase, affording you the ability to achieve financial goals such as retiring comfortably, buying a home, or raising a family. Moral of the story is that if you want to Level Up you need to Amplify your life by empowering yourself to make informed decisions and have the discipline to achieve your goals. In the end, this will lead to a higher quality of life and a greater sense of-self satisfaction which will be felt in your overall happiness. The goal of AAMP is to: (1) improve social skills and interpersonal relationships, (2) increase confidence and self-concept, (3) improve conflict resolution skills, (4) increase connectedness to school, (5) decrease truancy, (6) decrease disciplinary referrals, and (7) improve academic performance.Coach Holley designed this program with his childhood experiences closely in mind. In his youth, he felt that he really needed a program like this. He was a struggling young man that needed help with forging positive relationships, achieving academic success, and learning soft and technical skills. Coach Holley knows that the biggest piece that most individuals are missing in this department is the feeling that they’re NOT in a safe space mentally and/or environmentally. Ultimately, a feeling of emotional, mental, spiritual, and environmental safety is key to how our physical states of being are affected.

Coach Ronnie J. Holley Sr., also known as "Coach Holley," is a 28-year-old, nationally recognized Life Coach and Fitness Trainer with a strong background in professional and collegiate athletics. He specializes in sports-specific training and teaches the importance behind resiliency through social and emotional learning. Coach Holley reshapes people’s thoughts and feelings about themselves and their daily lives committing to assisting families overcoming the aftermath Covid-19 left behind.Coach Holley is a Visalia native that graduated from Mt. Whitney High School in 2013 before leaving to pursue a higher education. He attended Modesto Junior College for two years and then moved on to Adams State University in 2016, followed by Azusa Pacific University from 2017 to 2018. Throughout his five-year college journey, Coach Holley played college level football and ran track. He obtained his degree in Mass Communications as well as minoring in Kinesiology.In 2018 Coach Holley went on to play professional football for a short three-year career. He was given the opportunities to play with the CFLs BC Lions and the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts. Concluding his professional football career in 2020.Coach Holley holds certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), a premier and nationally recognized certification worldwide in the fitness industry. Coach Holley’s mission is to make a positive impact on individuals' mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Coach Holley embodies the Amplified Mentality, which is a standing point for strong resiliency skills contributing in the fight to build up our youth to better the community.In Coach Holley’s network, he has built a community of over 115 thousand followers worldwide who confide in and believe in his life coaching, mentoring, and public speaking abilities.
