Coach Ronnie J. Holley Sr., also known as "Coach Holley," is a 28-year-old, nationally recognized Life Coach and Fitness Trainer with a strong background in professional and collegiate athletics. He specializes in sports-specific training and teaches the importance behind resiliency through social and emotional learning. Coach Holley reshapes people’s thoughts and feelings about themselves and their daily lives committing to assisting families overcoming the aftermath Covid-19 left behind. Coach Holley is a Visalia native that graduated from Mt. Whitney High School in 2013 before leaving to pursue a higher education. He attended Modesto Junior College for two years and then moved on to Adams State University in 2016, followed by Azusa Pacific University from 2017 to 2018. Throughout his five-year college journey, Coach Holley played college level football and ran track. He obtained his degree in Mass Communications as well as minoring in Kinesiology. In 2018 Coach Holley went on to play professional football for a short three-year career. He was given the opportunities to play with the CFLs BC Lions and the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts. Concluding his professional football career in 2020. Coach Holley holds certification from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA), a premier and nationally recognized certification worldwide in the fitness industry. Coach Holley’s mission is to make a positive impact on individuals' mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Coach Holley embodies the Amplified Mentality, which is a standing point for strong resiliency skills contributing in the fight to build up our youth to better the community.
